The technicians diagnosis was completely different from the owner/manager of the company and Carrier.
Worst experience ever
Paul - Odessa, FL
The technician was supposed to be an expert on Carrier products but gave us his opinion that was completely wrong. Both Bay Area, Carrier and the installation company all stated the technician was wrong. We paid the $97 and are completely dissatisfied and still don’t have a solution to the problem.
Second new air conditioner
Katherine - Odessa, FL
I have been a customer of Bay Area AC since 2008. We replaced our ac in 2008 and have had excellent maintenance until 2020 when we replaced our unit again. There is nothing more important to a Florida resident than reliable air conditioning. I am looking forward to another 11 years with our new ac unit.

First time customer, impressed
Ezra - Odessa, FL
This was my first time using Bay Area AC, and my tune-up went great. Cliff was punctual, professional and courteous. He made some suggestions but was not pushy. I went ahead and signed up for the maintenance plan he offered because it was very reasonably priced compared to offers from other AC companies.

Company this size I would think you would have more than one service tech on Saturday night. I called himat 7 pm and he said he was completely booked up and would not be able to get to in until Sunday. Had elderly in laws in town from power outage in Ocala. So hot had to take everyone to hotel not knowing when tech could get to us on Sunday.. Thank goodness he came am Sunday. Past AC folks were 24/7 for emergency outages. Always had great experiences with BAAC other than this past weekend. Just my 2 cents

Highly Recommend Bay Area!
Matt - Odessa, FL
The president of our company has used Bay Area for over a decade for both his business and home. I was recommended and I am very grateful to have found a new AC company that I can trust, especially since we have had very bad luck with a number of dishonest AC companies. We use Glen Holsapple at our company and I will definitely request him from now on a personal level as well. Very happy customer and highly recommend Bay Area and Glen Holsapple!
