Bay Air is hands down the best air conditioning company in Florida. I’ve lived in the Tampa Bay Area all my life, so I’ve needed a great a/c company in our state where heat is just something we live with. Bay Air is genuinely interested and concerned about the unit they installed and our comfort and satisfaction. That’s what they’re all about in my opinion. I’m very pleased we decided to go with Bay Air and we’ll always be customers!

I had a nasty surprise when I returned home from vacation. My air conditioner wouldn't function. I was able to schedule an appointment immediately with Bay Area AC, and the technician they sent, named Glenn, did a fantastic job with the diagnosis of a faulty thermostat, and the service to replace it. He also advised me in detail on the status of my air conditioning system overall. I highly recommend Glenn and Bay Area AC for anyone's air conditioning needs.

Ronald Gonzalez - New Port Richey, FL
Best service I’ve ever had, bar none. Jeff was an excellent diagnostician. He figured out the problem(s) before I had a chance to do any more babbling. He was professional, learned, experienced and decisive. I’m not used to HVAC folks being this squared away. This is the second time in two weeks he’s been to my home for the same type problem. Jeff has made all the right decisions and I feel quite comfortable he will get the system completely fixed once parts are located and given to him to come back and install. Five Star treatment all the way! My wife and I couldn’t be happier!!
