Found the system low on r22. Added 2 lbs of r22. The air handler is 15 years old and the condenser is 10 years old. The system is in poor condition and I'd recommend having it replaced. Leaving pressures 68/210

Found two PVC fittings loose causing water to drip. Removed some pipe and repaired the drain line. We will warranty this repair for two years.

Found the system didn't have any refrigerant in it. Pressure tested to 150 PSI which held for 20 minutes. Pulled the system down into a vacuum and charged the system. 12 lbs total added.

Marked the heater size and breaker on the air handler and circled the ampage requirement on the factory label. Sealed the bottom of the supply plenum and foamed the hole around the drain line outside. Uploaded images. If the inspector wants to come back out the homeowner said we need to meet with him.

Checked on the system. Everything was running at this time. The customer stated that the outdoor unit was running but the fan wasn't turning. The amp draw was 1.4 of 2.1 and the capacitor was fine. Gave an estimate to replace the fan motor. Customer declined the repair at this time.

Found system iced up due to low puron level. Defrosted coil and searched for refrigerant leak. Did not find any definite leaks at this time. Evaporator coil is showing signs of becoming impacted. Other tech is scheduled to return this week to clean coil. Recomend leak checking coil again before cleaning.
