Twice in the last 13 months my HVAC system has gone down. When it went down the first time I called the company that installed it. They couldn’t get to me for a couple days. So I called Bay Area Air Conditioning. You were out that afternoon. You found that the company that installed the air handler installed an extra shut-off switch, removed it and the system worked fine. I was only charged the service fee. 13 months later the HVAC system goes down again. You respond within a couple hours and find a loose wire to be the cause of the outage. Again. You just charged the service fee. Thanks for the timely service. Thanks for not ripping me off.
